"My name is Dor Leibovitz and I’ve been working as a Private Chef in Israel for
the past 3 years. My roots are romanian and of course israeli, so you can expect
dishes with a middle eastern touch with a bit of romanian influence."
Dor is the Main Chef and Owner at Caldura Dining - a fine dining business that started in Israel in 2021 that excels in Middle Eastern food with a touch of Romanian roots. Since it’s opening Caldura has hosted hundreds of private events from rehearsal dinners to engagement parties to birthdays and so much more.
In October 2023, Dor flew to LA due to the war in Israel and has since been home cooking as a private chef for families in the San Fernando Valley, as well hosting private dining events and running Kids in the Kitchen cooking classes for kids.
